All World Machinery Supply Announces 40,000-Square-Foot Expansion to Enhance Manufacturing Capabilities and Machine Rebuilding

ROSCOE, Ill., June 2024 — All World Machinery Supply, a machine tool solutions provider, is excited to break ground on a new facility expansion. The 40,000-square-foot addition will strengthen the company's manufacturing capabilities and machine rebuilding services, supporting its robust growth trajectory.

The general contractor, CORD Construction out of Rockford, Illinois, will begin the expansion in late June. Work is slated for completion in the spring of 2025. The project will bring All World’s 2022 acquisition– ARROW Workholding Solutions® in Rockford, Illinois–to All World headquarters and open new jobs for future machinists and engineers as the business grows.

The new expansion will be located on the west side of the existing building, between the headquarters and the solar field.

“This critical expansion will bring our ARROW Workingholding Solutions’ 32 employees and machinery to headquarters for increased efficiency and productivity. In addition to space for increased staff collaboration, the addition will add more room for machine rebuilding, a growing need in this manufacturing economy,” All World Sr. Director of Operations Mitch Koepp said. “By investing in infrastructure and manpower, we hope to contribute to the village, county, and state while supporting the needs of American manufacturing.”

Founded in 1993 by CEO David Koepp, All World Machinery Supply relocated its global headquarters from Harvard, Illinois to Roscoe in 2015, building a state-of-the-art facility that combines distribution, service, engineering, and assembly operations. The current 91,000-square-foot headquarters is located on 19.57 acres on Willowbrook Road, near Interstate 39/90 and north of the Rockton Road Exit.

Since moving to Roscoe, the business has experienced an annual average growth rate of 20% and has already added two additional Roscoe headquarters expansions, including a full crane bay. The newest expansion will bring the total square footage to 130,000 square feet.

In 2022, All World Machinery Supply acquired Arrow Engineering, renamed ARROW Workholding Solutions, located at 5191 27th Ave, Rockford, Illinois. The expansion will allow ARROW to machine parts used in the assembly and production of All World’s custom-designed engineering solutions, including manifolds, mounting brackets, adapters, and wheel kit components. ARROW, which currently operates in a 16,000-square-foot facility, will benefit from increased space for additional equipment, a larger quality control room, and enhanced engineering capabilities to improve processes and productivity.

ARROW will occupy 25,000 square feet of the new addition, and the remaining 15,000 square feet will be dedicated to machine rebuilding.
