Rockford, IL -  52-8 was the final score for the South Beloit SOBOs over Christian Life/Keith Country Day/Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy football team Friday night. The overcome was never in doubt from the opening kick.

By the time kickoff came on Oct. 18, 2024, the SOBOs were ready to win. They were able to put their loss last week behind them and notch their 6th win on the season. With the win, a playoff spot is secured for Coach Josh Redieske and his SOBOs squad.

One game remains on the season: a home game against West Carroll who are coming off a 52-8 loss to Polo. West Carroll is 6-2 on the 2024 season and looks to be a good test for the SOBOs heading into the playoffs.

Senior Trudane Peterson now has double digit TD runs after crossing the goal in the 52-8 win over Christian Life/Keith Country Day/Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy Football team Friday night.

With the temps dropping, don't forget to pick up your South Beloit SOBOs spiritwear. Right now they have their spiritwear store open. Click here to see the entire collection.
