The largest fundraiser of the year for Rockton Lions. Enjoy some thrilling carnival rides, sample some delicious treats from our food vendors, and listen to some amazing music from many local bands as well as national headliners Austin Williams, Warren Zeiders, Logan Crosby, PARMALEE, Preston James, and Nate Smith. 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Are you a gardener seeking inspiration for your next garden bed? Perhaps you have a question about where a plant may be best situated? Or maybe you just enjoy strolling through beautiful gardens. Whatever the reason, you are cordially invited to join the Roscoe Gardening Club on its 1st Annual Garden Walk.

Swedish Historical Society
Midsommar will soon be upon us – it is one of the most popular celebrations for Swedes, both in Sweden and in this country. This is the season when music fills the air — a time when relatives and friends gather in the open meadow around flower-bedecked tables of food. This festival is traditionally as beautiful as it is entertaining. Join us on Saturday, June 15th from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. as we invite you to celebrate with us at a traditional Midsommar celebration. Macktown Living History
North Suburban Library District invites adults, teens, children, and seniors to come some of the oldest historic sites in Winnebago County. Kids are invited to bring their favorite toy or stuffed animal and have fun "parading with their pets" in nature. Get supplies to make a butterfly feeder. Village of Roscoe
The semi-monthly meeting of the Village of Roscoe Board of Trustees. After the regular board meeting, the trustees reconvene as the Committee of the Whole to talk over future plans and ideas. Citizens are invited to give public comments to the board at the beginning and end of each meeting.

A group for knitters and crocheters around Rockton, IL. We come together at the Talcott Free Library once a month to share ideas and projects, learn something new, show what we know, and sometimes just to knit and crochet with friends and neighbors. All experience levels welcome. We meet on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 6-7 p.m. Bring a project or some yarn and curiosity. [more details]
