Training Administrative Assistant - Harlem-Roscoe Fire - Part-time

This is an administrative role and considered a staff position. Looking for a highly self motivated, energetic, independent individual. Performs a wide variety of professional administrative and analytical duties in support of assigned functions, operations, and programs, of the Training Division. This position is responsible to assist with conducting and managing the Fire Department's training administrative functions, such as organizational planning and assessment, resource coordination, data analysis/research, records keeping, reporting, business communications, public interaction, and purchasing.
