Sean Stemlay opens for LoCash on Friday night at OSD

Sean Stemaly is a Midwest kid at heart growing up in Evansville, IN. For much of his life, he thought he would go into his family's excavating business, like his grandad and dad. However, after visiting Nashville a couple times, the music bug bit him hard. When he returned home, it became tougher and tougher to not write songs and sing Brooks and Dunn songs during whatever free time he could find. After a couple years of doing both, he had to make a choice. So he told his dad that he was leaving the family business and heading to Nashville to be a country music artist. He credits his family with supporting him on his journey.

In August of 2019, the then 25 year old Stemaly signed with Big Loud Records and released “Back on a Backroad” co-written with Hardy. So far he's six records into his career and he's compared with Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs, and Hardy.

Sean Stemaly and LOCASH play the main stage on Friday for OSD.
