After hearing from other applicants at City Hall, the City of South Beloit Zoning Board of Appeals will recess to the South Beloit Fire Station at approximately 6:45 p.m., where there will be more room than in the City Hall, to consider a petition for Pre-Annexation from the owners of 13276 White School Road in Roscoe Township, as well as a pending application for a map amendment and a special use permit for a planned unit development. The public is welcome. Each attendee will be given a limited time to speak and will be asked not to repeat points already made by a previous speaker.
