A former magazine editor and webmaster, Michael McGinnis moved back to the Midwest from Texas in 2015. He graduated from a small Indiana college 40 years ago with a degree in Communications and Theater Arts. His wife is an Illinois native who likes snow. His son is a student at Hononegah Community High School. His family has been served by the Roscoe Post Office since 2018, in a tri-level house off Atwood Road that requires eleven steps to enter. With two warrants for his arrest, the suspect jumped from one car and stole another.
