Chicory Ridge Subdivision Garage Sale, with details

The annual Chicory Ridge Subdivision Garage Sale will be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, May 20-22, 2022.

This year 69 families will be participating. Shoppers can enter the subdivision from Roscoe Road at Chicory Ridge Way and Meadowsweet Lane.

Port-a-potties will be at Chicory Ridge Park and at the corner of Borage Trail and Angelica Lane.

Cutie Face and Friends will be painting faces and making balloon animals at 11410 Linden Blossom Lane, on Saturday, 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Roscoe police will be patrolling and ticketing offenders who disobey the following rules:

  • Must park on even side of street only. No one may park on the odd side even if temporary /quick stop
  • No parking in front of a private driveway or against the flow of traffic
  • No parking within 15 feet of a fire hydrant
  • No parking within 30 feet of a stop sign
  • Speed limit: 25 mph. Please watch for pedestrians.
