A winter storm warning remains in effect until 6 a.m. Saturday. The expected blizzard, affectionately known as Winter Storm Elliott, hit Ohio harder than Illinois. But the snow we did get is being blown around by west winds gusting to 50 mph, with and dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero expected. Temperatures on Christmas Eve are expected to be 10 degrees warmer.

High:Low: -7° with a 11% chance of snow with 20 mph winds from the WNW.


Sunday December 25

Clear throughout the day.

High: 10° Low: 6° with a 8% chance of snow with 12 mph winds from the W.
