Local students named Distinguished Scholars at Rockford University for Spring 2024
At Rockford University, more than two dozen students from Rockton, Roscoe, and South Beloit received academic honors for the Spring 2024 semester.
Of that number, 24 were named Distinguished Scholars, earning at least a 3.75 as full-time students with no grades below "C" and having completed all requirements for the semester.

Founded in 1847, Rockford University, formerly Rockford College, is a private four-year, co-educational institution offering approximately 80 undergraduate and graduate majors, minors and concentrations in traditional liberal arts and professional fields.
