- Old Stone Church Food Pantry lost an important source of fresh food when the USDA froze funding for the IL EATS program this year. The program allowed Farmers Rising in Caledonia to buy food from local farmers and give it to food pantries. Wendy Eltman says Farmers Rising were providing sour cream, yogurt, oats, cornmeal, and "the most beautiful produce."
