  • Winnebago County Highway Department says that, starting on April 20, culverts will be replaced on Rockton Avenue at Gleasman Road, southwest of the Village of Rockton. Work is expected to be completed by May 8, dependent on weather. Rockton Avenue will be closed to thru traffic on both sides of Gleasman Road, which will be reduced to one lane at times.
