- On November 9th, residents of select neighborhoods in Roscoe, Rockton, and South Beloit can participate in a curbside pick-up food drive for Old Stone Church Food Pantry in Rockton. Residents in those subdivisions are asked to place donations of non-perishable food at their curb by 10 a.m. on Sunday, November 9, 2025. Volunteers will pick up the donations and transport them to Old Stone Church Food Pantry in Rockton. All non-perishable donations are welcome, including cereal, canned tuna/chicken/meat, soup/chili/stew, canned fruit/vegetables, pasta, rice, boxed meals, peanut butter, jelly, crackers, granola bars, spices, toiletries, and feminine hygiene products. Or you can drop off monetary or food donations directly at the Old Stone Church Food Pantry, 101 E. Union St at N. Blackhawk Blvd. in Rockton, Monday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. to noon.
