- After waiving a jury trial and pleading guilty to robbing First National Bank in Belvidere last November, former Roscoe resident Matthew Barnett’s sentencing hearing had been rescheduled from Oct. 31 to Dec. 4, 2025 at the Boone County Courthouse.
