Dayne Mead has been a member of the Village of Roscoe Zoning Board for the last two years. On April 1, 2025, he will be on the ballot running for Village Trustee.
Dayne recently retired from 31 years at Cleason Cutting Tool, as a computer technologist.
He values his faith, strong family and community. He believes Roscoe has not yet lived up to its full potential, and would like to be part of the growing process.
Dayne decided to run for village trustee because of his interest in politics, experience as a member of the Roscoe Village Zoning Board and because, now that he is retired, he has the time, interest and the opportunity to give back to the community.
Dayne’s wife Beth, is a Community Outreach Coordinator for CEANCI, an organization that invests in student careers and colleges through partnerships that build regional opportunities. They are the parents of two grown children, Dillon and Hannah.
Dayne attended Harlem High School and RVC College. He and Beth are member of Life Church in Roscoe.
“We raised our kids in this great community. I would like to have the opportunity to give back and help to make Roscoe an even better place to live and raise a family.”
