What's happening in the Stateline: July 7 - 13, 2023

During the week of July 7-13, the Stateline area will have exciting events such as a playground opening, cruise night, a lot of live music, nature education, board meetings, and a writers' workshop. You are welcome to add more events.

Community Science: Snakes - Sat Jul 8 2:00 pm

Nature at the Confluence

Learn about the importance of local snake populations from our guest herpetologist Nathan Kutok, and discover how you can help monitor snakes at Nature At The Confluence. We will begin with an indoor presentation, followed by a guided hike to look for snakes under our cover objects. Long pants are advised if you want to participate in that. During this workshop, participants will be introduced to herbalism on a guided trail walk, make an herbal infused vinegar to take home, and taste herbal beverages.
