Ricky D. Barnett, 62, of Rockton died at home on April 28, 2022. He was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on January 21, 1960, the son of Larry and Hester Barnett, and raised by his grandparents, Monroe and Lula Peck. He loved to fish and take walks and make people laugh; he enjoyed being with family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Brandi Noble; daughter, Christian Vanderpool; sons, William Duke, Alex (SaVana) Noble, Dalton (Britni) Noble; brother, Rocky Barnett; and 11 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, grandparents, and three of his brothers, Larry Barnett, Mikey Barnett and David Barnett.
