What to know about Roscoe trustee candidate Brian Black
Black wants to be an independent voice for people living in Roscoe.
Brian Black is one of seven candidates running for trustee position in the Village of Roscoe election, April 4, 2023.
He decided to throw his hat in the ring for several reasons. He wants to get involved with the community. “I would like to be a voice for the people living in Roscoe, and vote independently. Communication needs to improve between the board and residents of the village. I am a good listener and I want to let residents know they are heard.”
“My number one gripe is that there is segregation within the board.”

“I have a strong commitment to the community and have the time and abilities to make Roscoe a better place to live. There seems to be a lack of trust between trustees. I would work to repair that trust. I hope the people of Roscoe will get out and vote in this election. If you don’t vote, you won’t have a say in what is happening in your community.”
