The Winnebago County Clerk’s Office will conduct a public test of the precinct tabulation machines on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Winnebago County Administration Building, 404 Elm Street, Room 101, Rockford, IL.

As required by ILCS 5/24B-9, this test is open to the public. The tabulation machines will be used for the April 1, 2025, Consolidated Election, ensuring they accurately record and tabulate votes.

"Election integrity is our top priority. This public test is an important step in ensuring that every ballot is counted accurately and securely," said Lori Gummow, Winnebago County Clerk. "We encourage residents to attend and see firsthand the measures in place to protect their vote."
