Owner Stephanie Mains was encouraged to open a brick-and-mortar shop in March 2022, after successfully running a popular pop-up store at Rockford City Market since 2019.
She found an ideal location in Roscoe.
Mains has been employed for a couple of years as a hairstylist by Embellish Beauty Bar, 11359 Main Street. The space next to Embellish became available for rent in 2022. Besides the convenience of being right next to Embellish, the space fit all of her needs.
An open house was held on Saturday, Sept 3. “Business has been going very well,” according to Mains. Several workshops and classes are being scheduled for October 2022.
