Soundbath Meditation w/Christina at Synergy Collective

Sound bath meditation is a unique style of meditation in which you don't have to put forth any effort or focus on anything at all -- the sound waves coming from the singing bowls do all of the work for you, slowing your brain waves to reach deep meditative and even sleep states. Sound healing is a non-invasive, ancient holistic therapy used to treat physical, mental, and emotional.

Please bring your yoga mat and any other items to make you comfortable- blankets, eye masks, sweaters, etc... water + tea provided. Synergy Collective will be open for shopping before and after class with a 10% shopping discount for class attendees!
