Roscoe still has the highest median home prices in Winnebago County, IL
The median home price in Roscoe is $339.9K and $279.9K in Rockton.
Though the most expensive home listing in Winnebago County, IL currently is a $1.2 million mansion on Spring Creek Road, many of the highest home prices are in Roscoe and Rockton. As of Nov. 19, 2024, according to Realtor.com, the median sold home price in the county was $187,200. But in farthest northern Illinois, median prices were much higher.
