First responder training, higher temperatures

- This week, first responders had their yearly active shooter training at South Beloit High School. South Beloit Police partnered with the Village of Roscoe and Rockton Police. Police say, "We conduct these trainings at a different school each time so we are familiar with the layout should there be an emergency."
- Tonight the Ledges Pool is having a middle school pool party from 7 - 8:30 p.m. Cost: $5 member, $10 non-member. The pool is located at 7063 McCurry Road in Roscoe IL, adjacent to the Ledges Golf Course.
