Today, Sarah Doyle Hillabolt and her husband Rich are hosting the grand opening for their Party Like a Rockstar Balloon Bar on Thursday, October 16th, from 3 to 6 PM at 10514 Main Street in Roscoe.

  • On Wednesday, after completing his sentence, Jeremiah Louis Harms of South Beloit was released from the Winnebago County Jail, where he was held since his arrest in February for secretly recording at least four different female victims last year. He was charged with 12 counts of Unauthorized Video Recording and 12 counts of Nonconsensual Dissemination of a Sexual Image.
