- On Wednesday, after completing his sentence, Jeremiah Louis Harms of South Beloit was released from the Winnebago County Jail, where he was held since his arrest in February for secretly recording at least four different female victims last year. He was sentenced to 180 days but had already served 238 days. He was originally charged with 12 counts of Unauthorized Video Recording and 12 counts of Nonconsensual Dissemination of a Sexual Image. In a negotiated plea, he pled guilty to six counts of Nonconsensual Dissemination of a Sexual Image.
