- Jeremiah Louis Harms of South Beloit has another pre-trial hearing on September 24, 2025. He has remained in the Winnebago County Jail since his arrest in February. He was charged with 12 counts of Unauthorized Video Recording and 12 counts of Nonconsensual Dissemination of a Sexual Image. South Beloit Police believe he had secretly recorded at least four different female victims.
