Memorial Day plans, long sentence

Among other groups, the Roscoe Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 26, 2025 will feature the Roscoe VFW, the Roscoe Middle School Band, Harlem-Roscoe Fire Department, Roscoe Village Trustees, Boy Scout Troop 6202, Mariners Girl Scouts Ship 3361, Illinois National Guard, and the Army Reserve, and many local businesses.
Jerry D. Hudgens (R49447) was transferred to the Illinois Department of Corrections on Friday morning. A PCP-influenced car crash in South Beloit in 2021 was the final straw that led to his 16 year sentence as a Armed Habitual Criminal.
