  • At the Rockton Pelican Fest this weekend, don't miss the 2nd Annual Bird Calling Contest on Saturday, May 16, at 1:30 p.m. in the tent stage outside Rockton Food & Spirits. (More information and entry form)
  • The Village of Roscoe has ended its pickup of storm debris, such as siding, fence panels, and logs, following the April 17 tornado. Since late April, Village Public Works crews had been collecting and disposing this material in dumpsters. Going forward, residents need to follow the regular curbside disposal guidelines on the Village’s website. For larger items, please contact Waste Management at 815-874-8431 or visit https://www.wm.com/us/en/home to schedule pickup.
