With 38 years of experience living and working in the Roscoe Community, Ballano is committed to fostering growth, transparency, and responsible leadership for Roscoe’s future.
As a professional in advertising sales, Ballano has dedicated his career to helping local businesses expand and thrive. His firsthand experience supporting small businesses gives him a unique perspective on economic development and the importance of a strong, community-focused approach to governance.
