Born in southern Illinois, April is proud to be living in her native state again. Having grown up on a farm, she is at home with animals, but has only a pet cat at present. She is a part-time professional food taster with an awesome local panel who contract in Beloit, WI. On happy days, you will find her sipping a bubble tea, dreaming up design plans for the next remodeling project. She is married for 16 years to the handsome writer/editor of Rockton-Roscoe News, and they share an appealing, enigmatic teenage son in Hinkles Wooded Acres.
