Nature at the Confluence
Friday, April 21, 12:00p.m.- 4:00 p.m.Saturday, April 22, 9:00 a.m. –11:00 a.m. (or while supplies last). You are invited to pick up a free bare-root oak or hickory sapling to take home and plant. We will have red oak, burr oak, white oak, and hickory saplings available and you can take up to three per household. Each sapling is 1-2 feet long and will need to be planted in a pot or in the ground within a few days of pick up. L [more details]

Minimal will be rocking! No cover; however, donations are welcome and 100% matched by Louie’s, so it’s a win/win for everyone. Despite their name, Minimal is musically complex. Their playlist includes songs from Led Zeppelin, Crosby Stills & Nash, and Black Sabbath, but also from Post Malone, Justin Bieber, and Breaking Benjamin. Bassist and vocalist Greg DeCarlo said, "We are a true variety band." They have won at least 15 awards from the Rockford Area Music Industry (RAMI). [more details]
