David Frederick enjoyed trivia and watching sports on TV

David A. Frederick, 65, of Rockton, IL died August 2, 2022 in his home after a brief illness. He was born January 2, 1957 in DeKalb, IL, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence and Patricia (Sanderson) Frederick. 

David graduated from Turner High School in 1976. He attended Blackhawk Technical College. David did some accounting work in his earlier years. He last worked in a call center in Arizona before returning to Rockton, IL. He enjoyed trivia and watching sports on TV.

Survivors include his parents Larry and Pat Frederick; sisters Jodi (Mike) Tatge and Julie Frederick; aunts Sue Kiser and Sally Petrone; several nieces and special nephew Dustin, who was also his best friend.

A family & friends memorial service and visitation will be held at Hope Free Church in Roscoe, Illinois on August 27, 2022: visitation at 10:00 a.m. and funeral at 11:00 a.m. Cremation rites to be accorded. McCorkle Funeral Home- Rockton Chapel, 767 N. Blackhawk Blvd, Rockton, IL, assisted the family.

Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
