Come take pause in serenity during the busy holiday season! Join us for a special Winter Solstice celebration that will connect you back to the basics and rejuvenate your entire being through intentional crafting, gentle movement, breathwork, sound healing, and snacks!

The Winter Solstice Rejuvenation will include:

- Themed snacks and warming beverages

- Ambient and festive community care time

- A guided journey connecting with the elements of water, air, earth, and fire by way of movement/breath/meditation/sound session

- Interaction with the Yule log tradition

- A candle craft for you to take home

Kate Frautschy of Eclectic Kate LLC will be guiding participants through the evening. This guided journey will be a one of a kind experience, intentionally crafted for Winter Solstice celebration. Kate is bringing her singing bowls, harmonium, yoga mats, and hula hoops…that’s right…hula hoops. Kate will be guiding you through a gentle movement practice that utilizes the hula hoop as a tool for mobility and introspection. You will be guided through gentle movement, led into a breathing practice, and supported through a short guided meditation that will end with a “sound bath savasana”. Absolutely no experience of any kind necessary to enjoy this holistic practice. Hoops provided. Limited mats available to borrow. If you have your own mat, props, hula hoop, etc, please feel free to bring them to use.
