Gymnastics Academy North in Roscoe is offering weekly open workouts for junior and senior high athletes.
Fridays, 6–8 p.m.
$15 per hour
Junior and senior high athletes
This is not open gym play time. The open workouts are structured training sessions where middle school and high school athletes can work on jumps, stunts, and tumbling with seasoned coaches available to instruct and spot as needed.
