Nov. 3, 2024:
Melinda Croisant, 75, Rockton
Her services will be Nov. 23 at Rockton United Methodist Church. Her husband Roy died in May, one month short of their 49th anniversary.
Nov. 8, 2024:
Richard Cassady, 65, Roscoe
In February, he retired from his career as a manufacturing manager, but in October was injured while riding his electric scooter. His many interests included frisbee disc golfing, Hot Wheels, music, and restoring old pinball machines.
Nov. 9, 2024:
Michael Grilc, 79, Roscoe
From DePue, Illinois, he taught social studies at Harlem High School for many years.
Nov. 11, 2024:
Marisa Redzepi, 33, South Beloit
An avid entrepreneur and her husband's biggest cheerleader, her main hobby was being the best mom she could be.
Kenneth Royster, 51, South Beloit
He loved his family and friends, the Steelers, the Cubs, the Grateful Dead, the outdoors, his five dogs, and his annual trips to Las Vegas and Tamarack Timbers Resort.
Dawn Nerio, 75, Rockton
After working many years as a secretary in Arlington, TX, she retired in 2013. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, shopping for bargains, and traveling to Tahiti.
Nov. 12, 2024:
Michael Pisano, 79, Rockton
His adventures included teaching English in Kenya and driving a school bus in the Rockton area.
Nov. 13, 2024:
Ann Montgomery, 55, Rockton
She was a cross country runner, a newspaperwoman, a Scout mom, and an early childhood teacher.
Nov. 15, 2024:
Melissa Kisting, 46, Roscoe
Tiny but mighty, a confidant to many, cooking was her love language. She enjoyed diamond painting and playing "Clue." For many years she worked as a hairdresser from her home.
