The Yeti takes a time-out to shovel the snow off the sidewalk in Rockton during Yeti Fest last year.  He (or she) will be popping up all over Rockton during this year's Yeti Fest, Feb. 9-12.

The annual Yeti Fest is upon us. Winter-loving folks from Rockton and the surrounding area are gearing up for a weekend of fun, Feb. 9-12 in downtown Rockton.

Yeti Fest is presented by Rockton businesses and the Village of Rockton.

In celebration of "All Things Winter," abominable snow lovers and their friends are invited to come down to Settlers Park and enjoy winter activities such as snow sculptures, a yeti hunt, a giant community snow fort, ice skating, dog-sled mushing, yeti-special food, drinks and great shopping opportunities in local stores.

Mushing (dog-sled races) at Settlers Park will be part of the competitions and entertainment available at the 2022 Yeti Fest in Rockton, Feb. 9-12.

The Hot Cocoa Crawl begins at  2:00 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 12.  If you missed it during Rockton Christmas Walk, here’s a second opportunity to sample lots of different and delicious hot chocolate concoctions prepared by local stores. Cost is $12.
