Women’s Hormone Health & Wellness Education Event in Roscoe

Local Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner LaQuisha Stahl, owner of Holistic Wellness 4U, will be hosting a women’s hormone health education event in collaboration with Meraki Salon + Studio.

The event is designed to help women better understand the hormonal changes that can begin as early as their 30s and 40s. Many women experience symptoms such as fatigue, sleep disturbances, brain fog, mood changes, and weight fluctuations without realizing these may be related to hormone imbalance.

During this educational gathering, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about common signs of hormonal changes, ask questions, and gain insight into preventative wellness strategies that support long-term health.

The event will provide a welcoming and informative environment where women can connect, learn, and take proactive steps toward better understanding their health.
