Winter Solstice Rejuvenation

Join us on December 21 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. It is $20.00/person. Come take pause in serenity during the busy holiday season. Join us for a special Winter Solstice Celebration that will connect you back to the basics and rejuvenate your entire being through intentional crafting, gentle movement, breathwork, sound healing, and snacks!

The evening will include:

Snacks and warming beverages

Ambient and festive community care time

A guided journey connecting with the elements by way of movement/breath/meditation/sounds

Interaction with the Yule log tradition

A seasonal take home craft

Kate Frautschy of Eclectic Kate LLC will be guiding you through a gentle movement practice and sound exploration that utilizes the hula hoop as a tool for mobility and introspection. You will be guided through gentle movement, led through a soothing breathing practice, and supported through a short guided meditation that will end with a “sound bath savasana”. Absolutely no experience of any kind necessary to enjoy this holistic practice.

If you have your own mat, props, hula hoop, etc, please feel free to bring them to use! Hoops provided. Limited mats available to borrow.

Advanced registration is required. This event is best suited for ages 13 and up.
