Day 2 - Saturday: 12:30 - 4:30 p.m. The need for blood never ends. Double Red as well as whole blood collection will be available. One out of seven hospital patients need blood. Anyone in good health, at least 110 pounds, and at least 17 years old (or 16 years old with parental consent) may donate whole blood every 56 days. [more details]

If you are new to watercolors and like to play with paper, this class is for you. Space is limited so please register in advance. Recommended for ages 13 and up. We will start the class by painting different patterns with watercolor and then let our imaginations run wild as we cut, tear, and piece together our collages. All supplies will be provided. 2 - 4 p.m. Find out how surveying in America got started and how it shaped the development of our area. Take part in interactive action by studying maps and plats. Historic buildings and settlement grounds will be open and everyone is welcome! A suggested donation of $5 helps to cover the cost of this and other future educational events.
