At the Committee of the Whole portion of their Jan. 11 meeting, Village of Roscoe Board of Trustees members discussed several proposed resolutions. The approved resolutions will be voted on at the next Village Board meeting, Feb. 1, 2022, at 6:30 P.M. The public is encouraged to attend or participate remotely.

Village Administrator Scott Sanders asked for approval of modification to the Village of Roscoe COVID-19 Pandemic Emergency Staffing Plan. Trustees agreed that emergency paid leave should be limited to five calendar days. “The amount of time will be enforced, even if the person is vaccinated,” Sanders said. “Masks must be worn for the next five days.” The rules follow the latest CDC guidelines.

Proof of a positive test is needed to get paid leave. All tests are free.

The plan will be reviewed in June 2022.
