Three traffic accidents on Saturday night

Saturday night, Jan. 8, Harlem-Roscoe firefighters responded to three single-vehicle accidents, but thankfully, nobody needed to be taken by ambulance to the hospital.

The first was at 7:45 p.m., involving a Honda Accord off the 9600 block of Belvidere Road, between Atwood Road and Hamborg Road.

At 11:30 p.m., a Volkwagen Jetta lost control, rolled twice, then hit a pole in the 9400 block of Hwy 251, near Kids Spot and Main Street Meat Company.

At 2:15 a.m. on Jan. 9, a blue AWD vehicle hit a pole at the intersection of Hwy 251 and Hwy 173/West Lane Road in Machesney Park.  Again, no ambulance was needed for any of the three accidents.
