Soldiers Field (Chicago, IL) - Saturday, August 9th, 2025, saw the Chicago Bears play host to the Miami Dolphins in a preseason game. During the halftime break, the Roscoe-Rockton Junior Lady Indians played a shortened flag football game against the Harlem Middle School Lady Flag Football team. Each team scored, and the game ended in a tie. "The experience was cool, and lots of people cheered for them", said Mary Bethski, whose daughter played for the Junior Lady Indians.

The Roscoe-Rockton Junior Lady Indians scored on a hook-and-ladder, which was later referenced by former Chicago Bears quarterback Jim Miller. Miller does play-by-play work for the Bears during the preseason. See the video below as Jim Miller speaks on what the Bears could have done to try to win the preseason opener.

The Roscoe-Rockton Junior Indians program is creating a league with the purpose to instruct youth in the skills of Football and Cheerleading; where they can play, have fun, and make friends.
