Sigfreed Parkour at the Confluence

Learn the basic fundamentals of parkour in this immersive clinic that will connect one with both body, mind, and nature (see photo for example). This event is led by the parkour group Sigfreed Explore. Participants will be asked to sign a waiver before participating. This clinic is best suited for ages 12 and up.
