Serenity Sunday Sound Bath

Sound Healing is ancient, yet becoming very popular now - and for good reason. The vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments stimulate the body's innate ability to heal. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Access SOUL High Frequency Sanctuary opened in Roscoe late last year to be a resource and a place of respite, offering weekly meditation (no fee, goodwill donations welcome) on Monday evenings, Wednesday noon, and Saturday mornings, as well as sound baths several times per month.

The next sacred sound immersion experience is Saturday, Feb 7 at 7pm. Cost is $30 (must register in advance, space is limited). Everything is provided, recline chair, blanket, eye mask, and water. Just show up and relax.
