A new breakfast-lunch cafe is officially up and running. The former Crazy Llama Brewery, 5312 Williams Drive, in Main Street Square, is now the home of Sebastian's Cafe. The Village of Roscoe welcomed the new owners, Ivan and Esmerelda Torres, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 21, 2025. The family cafe is named for the couple's son Sebastian, age 6. Sebastian did the ribbon-cutting honors while Roscoe Village trustees joined in.

Sebastian's Cafe serves a variety of home-made breakfast dishes including pastries, egg dishes and specialty drinks, available throughout the day. The breakfast and lunch selections are plentiful and reasonably priced. Daily specials are available.

The cafe serves daily breakfast and lunch, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
