Roscoe Trustee Justin Plock resigns
After six years on the Board of Directors for the Village of Roscoe, Trustee Justin Plock resigned as of October 22, 2025. He cited a lack of time as well as family issues. Plock said he needs to devote more time to his wife and four children.
Justin is employed by Michel's Road and Stone as a heavy equipment operator in Brownsville, Wisconsin. " I am working 14 to 15 hours a day, which means I don't have much time with my wife, Mandy, and our four kids.”
He was elected in 2019. "I wanted to be a voice in the community of Roscoe. My promise was to do my best to ensure the village of Roscoe's government would remain transparent and fight against wasteful spending." Justin has been proactive in pushing for road and infrastructure improvements in the village. "I am grateful for the opportunity to represent the people of Roscoe."
During his tenure on the board, Justin supported local businesses and promoted partnerships with local programs. He worked to ensure all board decisions and documents were available to the public.
Justin hopes to return to being an active participant in community government in the future.
