Roscoe/Rockton community thank you!

This past Saturday I hosted the first “Is It Hormones?” Brunch & Learn at Meraki Salon + Studio, and it was an incredible success. It was amazing to see so many local women come together to learn more about hormones, health, and ways to start feeling like themselves again.

As the owner of Holistic Wellness 4U, my goal is always to bring more education and wellness resources to our local community, and Saturday reminded me how powerful it is when we create space for open conversations about health.

Because of the amazing turnout and feedback, I’m hoping to host this event once a quarter this year so more people have the opportunity to attend.

A special thank you to the Meraki family especially Cindy and Bri. Your support and belief in Holistic Wellness 4U from the beginning has meant so much, and I truly don’t think my business would be what it is today without you.
