Book clubs meets in Rockton and Roscoe
Come even if you haven't finished reading the book - if you don't mind spoilers.

In Roscoe, the Roscoe Book Club meets every month at 6:15 p.m. on the second Thursday at Sophia’s Restaurant, 5467 Bridge Street, to talk about the book they read over the previous month. At the next meeting, February 9, 2023, that book will be Verity by Colleen Hoover.
Aarika Williams, the Roscoe group's organizer, describes the group as "super laid back" and "non-judgmental". She says, "Even if you don’t get the whole thing read in time, you can still come" - if you don't mind spoilers.
Williams says that when they get together, they decide what books they will discuss at upcoming meetings. "We try to [plan] at least 3-4 months in advance," since some members need to place holds at the library.
Verity is a 2021 novel by Colleen Hoover, the #1 New York Times bestselling author of It Starts with Us and It Ends With Us. This psychological thriller (or romance) is a novel about two novelists. Bestselling author Verity Crawford was paralyzed in an accident. Her husband Jeremy asks ghostwriter Lowen Ashleigh to complete Verity's unfinished manuscripts. Except Lowen finds a chilling autobiography in Verity's office that no one was supposed to read. If Lowen shows it to Jeremy, will he stop loving Verity - and start loving her? It may not take long to read Verity because you might stay up all night until you're done.
