Beginning today, September 24, traffic on the Rockton Road Bridge over I-90 is scheduled to be shifted in both directions, with a work zone in the middle of the bridge. The left turn lane will be maintained in both directions. Additional traffic shifts will be scheduled in October as work continues and will require closure of the left turn lane connecting to westbound I-90. Following that configuration, a final traffic shift will be put in place, and the left turn lane will be maintained in both directions.
Tonight South Beloit High School is hosting a Post-Secondary Night from 4 –7 p.m. for students in grades 9-12. Meet with colleges, businesses, trades, military reps, scholarship committees, and more. Each table you visit means an entry into the prize drawing for AirPods or a TV.
