  • Anthony Moe of Rockton was again released from Winnebago County Jail on Tuesday. Judge Heidi E Agustsson issued a no-contact order and told Moe to return for his November 10, 2025 arraignment on 2024 charges of aggravated sexual assault and strangling. Moe also faces separate charges of reckless homicide and aggravated DUI from August 2025.
