After yesterday's primary election, Winnebago County's unofficial election results: Paul Arena will keep his seat as Winnebago County District 7 trustee for Roscoe. The 1% sales tax for education suffered a decisive loss. Winnebago County voters showed non-binding support for the Federal Scholarship Tax Credit Program, while similar questions appeared in 28 Illinois counties.
